Haute Black Celebrates Luis Fonsi At The Moore Miami
On September 24, Haute Black and The Moore Miami hosted a celebration in honor of four-time Latin Grammy Award winner and Haute Black Miami cover star Luis Fonsi. The exclusive Haute Black evening brought together notable partners including Champagne Telmont, ArtLife, Pedini, Clase Azul Mexico, and Limo Miami to honor Fonsi’s remarkable career and his next chapter.
The evening kicked off with a cocktail hour with Champagne Telmont, setting the tone for the festivities. As the night unfolded, Clase Azul Mexico elevated the dining experience, pairing their celebrated tequilas with each course. Guests were treated to spicy margaritas made with Clase Azul Tequila Reposado, served with a hint of orange peel for the main course pairing.
The final toast featured Clase Azul Tequila Gold, a special reposado matured in French oak casks and an extra añejo finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry cask, marking a celebratory moment for Fonsi and the evening’s guests.

Guests savored a delectable multi-course dinner, starting with a seasonal stone fruit salad, served with stracciatella, basil, and pistachio pesto for the first course. The second course featured succulent roasted Ōra King salmon, complemented by garlic oil broccoli rabe, eggplant, and a delicate red pepper vinaigrette. The dinner concluded with a decadent dessert of cookies and cream cheesecake, enhanced with miso chocolate, caramel, and vanilla ice cream.
Haute Black hosted an exclusive evening honoring chef Wolfgang Puck at his new Caramá restaurant, with partners like The Macallan, Johnathan Schultz, and Blue Heron.
