Haute Wine Society Celebrates Philippe Sereys de Rothschild At Avra Beverly Hills
Haute Wine Society, Haute Design by Aurélie Bard, and recently launched Haute Black celebrated Haute Wine And Spirits cover star Philippe Sereys de Rothschild, head of Chateau Mouton Rothschild with a celebratory dinner and wine pairing at Avra Beverly Hills on June 25.

Attendees savored an intimate, educational dinner where Rothschild led guests through each wine pairing and course, while he warmly engaged with all guests explaining his passion for winemaking and each distinct vintage.

Guests dined on assorted sashimi, filet, potato and grilled vegetables, and Comte, fruit, nuts, and Greek honey with wine pairings of Aile d’Argent 2021, Le Petit Mouton de Mouton Rothschild 2015, and Château Mouton Rothschild 2009.
